Editorial note: REVERSED FROM 'RECOMMEND DROPPING' TO KEEP AT TIER 3 — the previous pass under-researched this one and its conclusion did not survive checking. The prior entry argued hair restoration was merely a nominal line in an aesthetic-surgery practice with no hair-specific evidence. That is wrong: this pass found (1) a RealSelf patient review of a specific hair case under her name, 'Dr. Ozge Ergun - FUE 3912 Grafts - Istanbul, Turkey', which is independent, patient-side, procedure-specific evidence; (2) an American Society of Plastic Surgeons member profile at plasticsurgery.org carrying a dedicated 'Hair Transplantation and Restoration' before-and-after gallery under her name; and (3) a Trustpilot business profile for ozgeergun.com.tr whose own description names 'Male Fue hair transplant' as a practice area. Combined with the ISHRS record (profile 51157 fetched, resolves as 'Ozge Ergun, MD | Hair Surgeon'), that is four independent surfaces, not two. FIELDS FIXED: (a) WEBSITE corrected — the previously recorded https://www.ozgeergun.com.tr/en/ returns HTTP 404; the base domain returns 200 and is now used. A second live domain, ozgeergunmd.com, also exists and is noted here rather than silently substituted. (b) The pronoun-error note is retained: the ISHRS biography refers to Dr. Ergün as 'he' while her Google listing, her own sites and patient reviews consistently use 'she' — the ISHRS record contains a template error and must NOT be used as the source for pronouns. CAVEAT THAT STILL STANDS AND MUST BE PUBLISHED: the 144 Google reviews are overwhelmingly about rhinoplasty, fillers and body contouring, so the 4.6 rating is NOT evidence about hair transplant outcomes and must never be presented as if it were; a 1-star review concerns filler complications. Tier held at 3 because hair is a genuine but secondary line. No email published anywhere — left null, not guessed. Two different phone numbers across sources, both published with attribution.
